If youâve been following along, you already know how much I adore creating experiences that feel special. But this yearâs Santaâs Workshop Experience at J.Q. Dickinson? It was pure Christmas magic.
From the very first moment families stepped through the doors, the atmosphere shiftedâyou could feel the excitement, the sparkle, the anticipation. Kids tip-toed toward Santa with wide eyes, parents watched with that soft, proud smile only holiday moments can bring, and the workshop itself⌠honestly, it felt like stepping straight into a storybook.
The lights.
The laughter.
The cocoa.
Santa being Santa in the most heart-melting way possible.
It all came together more perfectly than we couldâve imagined.
As photographers, we get this rare privilege of freezing these moments foreverâthe big grins, the shy hugs, the giggles, the âIâm pretty sure that was the real Santaâ whispers. I found myself smiling behind the camera more than once⌠okay, more like the whole night.
And the BEST part?
Weâre already planning for next year.
And when I say planning, I mean brainstorming bigger ideas, earlier dates, elevated sets, maybe even a few surprises we canât spill yet. After all, Christmas magic shouldnât be a one-time experienceâit should grow a little more each year.
